This is a charming Hanau silver duck pepper pot. This is extremely well made, super detail. Hanau makers mark to base for Gebruder Glaser. The top and base also have import marks for Edinburgh 1943, however the pepper pot is probably about 1900. The base opens to fill but is a very tight fit, slightly difficult to open but a good thing if full of pepper.
