Georgian Silver Pierced Ladle
A quality Georgian Silver Ladle with Pierced bowl possibly for mint sauce?.
To the front is a scottish family crest with motto over, sadly rubbed through use. The marks to the reverse are also rubbed but the item is circa 1805. The pattern is known as double fiddle and thread with shell.
Although the crest and marks are worn where it had been held over the last 200 years when in use this is still a quality item with a good thickness of silver and guage.
Length 12 cm width of bowl 3 cm
